HOORAY!!!!! I couldn't stay up any longer (I'm on the east coast)last night to hear the news but I dreamed of wonderful news last night. I am in tears, and praising God right now. I am from the October 2010 Babycenter Board and my DD is 9 day older then you percious little girl. I have prayed for your whole family nonstop for the last 24 hours. GOD IS GOOD AND IN CONTROL!!! The road is still not over, and I will not stop praying, but at least the tumor is gone.
What fabulous news!!!! I hope she recovers quickly and that you can hold your little girl soon :) I remember one of the hardest things was not being able to hold her. I remember the day they let me lay in bed with Sabrina in the ICU...just being close to her felt great. Prayers for continued good news!

I check in every so often ever since I heard the news. Thank you for sharing her story & progress. It sure gives the rest of us perspective in life that we all need.
Yesterday on the drive up after my 13 month old's doctor visit she began to cry and fuss. I became slightly irritated until I remembered that little Scarlett was in surgery and someone somewhere else (you all) were going through so much worse and probably would give anything to be going home with a fussy cranky baby that was healthy. That changed my mood entirely and I gave her a kiss on the head and redirected my mind into a happy moment with her.
Hugs from Texas! YIPPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! Way to hang in there little butterfly! Thank you Lord for your healing power. Continuing to pray for speedy recovery and total healing.
I am so thankful she is ok.... You two are amazing parents and Scarlett knows how much you both love her.... I will continue to keep your whole family in my thoughts and prayers... AWESOME job little Scarlett!!!!

ReplyDeleteHOORAY!!!!! I couldn't stay up any longer (I'm on the east coast)last night to hear the news but I dreamed of wonderful news last night. I dreamed that her tumor was gone and I am so happy that last nights dream came true. Huge sigh of relief to know that this part is over. Huge hugs and kisses to you and Scarlett!!

ReplyDeleteI am in tears, and praising God right now. I am from the October 2010 Babycenter Board and my DD is 9 day older then you percious little girl. I have prayed for your whole family nonstop for the last 24 hours. GOD IS GOOD AND IN CONTROL!!! The road is still not over, and I will not stop praying, but at least the tumor is gone.
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous news!!!! I hope she recovers quickly and that you can hold your little girl soon :) I remember one of the hardest things was not being able to hold her. I remember the day they let me lay in bed with Sabrina in the ICU...just being close to her felt great. Prayers for continued good news!

Yesterday on the drive up after my 13 month old's doctor visit she began to cry and fuss. I became slightly irritated until I remembered that little Scarlett was in surgery and someone somewhere else (you all) were going through so much worse and probably would give anything to be going home with a fussy cranky baby that was healthy. That changed my mood entirely and I gave her a kiss on the head and redirected my mind into a happy moment with her.
Yay! Way to go, Scarlett! What wonderful news! God is good!
