Oh she is just beautiful!! I LOVE LOVE her blue eyes and she is getting very skilled at making "grumpy" faces!! I have a 9 month old, and it amazes me how much of a personality she has! Scarlett is obviously learning hers, as well!
My favorite picture was with the dog, too cute! And the next one she was sitting up and had her tongue out! So adorable, I juts love it!
I even shed a few happy tears watching your slide show! I am so glad you have gotten this far as a family together and have such a beautiful daughter to love, hold, and enjoy! Thank God for the doctors that said "Let's at least try surgery!"
Quick question, just out of curiosity (I'm in the medical field, a nurse, and can't help myself!): Are there any plans to do any kind of corrective surgery or anything of that nature for the shape of Scarlett's skull? Either way, she's gorgeous, but I am just wondering and marvel daily on the advances in the medical field!

And be proud of yourselves! Most people can't imagine what it's like to go through what you have in such a short time, not even a year!! WAY TO GO!!
My 11 month old son, Atticus, and I have been following your site for quite some time. As strange as this may sound, we love Scarlett and your family. Atticus sat through Scarlett's entire photo shoot cooing, pointing and kissing the pictures. I know this has and will be a rough road, but you are an inspiration to thousands. Thank you for giving Scarlett a voice. She makes me smile every day!
She is such a beauty! Everything about her is precious, from her chunky legs and silly grin to her big blue eyes and the sweet crookedy outline of her head! Truly my favorite pictures of her are those facing her straight on, because she is rocking that look like no other can! She is wonderful. I'm so glad to see her thriving and happy. And I'm so proud of you and your husband!

Just too precious! I think my favorites are the ones where she is nomming on her fingers and then the one towards the end where she is kind of pointing at you giving you a wink. Too cute!
