We've been waiting to hear about the MRI since it was done Monday. I was feeling anxious, so I sent an after-hours e-mail to the doctor. Her response just came back: "The scan looks great. No issues."
So I guess that's that. I'll go back to drinking my wine and exhale a little deeper.
No issues is fantastic!! Congrats - and way to go, Scarlett!!
Sooo happy to hear this news :)
Praise GOD!! So glad to hear this news.
Continuing to pray.
You ever read the title of a post and think you know what you're going to read, but you're afraid because what if you're wrong and the page takes forEVer to load?
So happy for you all.
That is wonderful news! I am so glad you sent that email, after hours or not. I know Scarlett is getting top notch care. However, in the oncology world where I work we try to call patients with results the same day tests are done when possible, if not, no later than the following day. Don't ever be afraid to start asking by the next day! Oncologists have an innate understanding of the anxiety of their patients and family, more so than any other specialty-and that is almost universally reflected in their willingness to keep you informed, spend time addressing questions/concerns, and providing compassionate care.
Such great news!
HUGE grin on my face! :D
THRILLED for you! <3
