Video

A few weeks ago, we met Betty, a student at San Jose State University studying Broadcast Journalism. She lives in the same town as we do, and went to our high school. She asked if she could use Scarlett's story for a school project. Here is the video she produced.

Great work Betty! Thanks for helping us share Scarlett's story!

*and just for the record, her surgeries were at Children's Hospital Oakland.  :-)

Betty did a great job telling Scarlett's story!

Thank you for sharing the video. Seeing Scarlett smiling and moving around just brought tears to my eyes. She is such a resilient baby girl! :)

It broke my heart to hear Chris talk about the possibility of Scarlett having disabilities when she's older. Lets just hope all of this praying makes that a 'possibility' and never a reality!

Sending much love and hugs your way. :)

Very nice! I know that it must be hard to see your baby go through something like this day in and day out but you are doing a wonderful job. I still pray for Scarlett all the time and I still feel that the Lord will touch her. God has a soft spot in His heart for children...He said in the bible ".... for of such is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 19:14b. That leads me to believe that if He has made them such an important part of Heaven than He must love them an awful lot. Just thought that I would share that tid bit with you.

Brandi - it hit home to see you & Chris being interviewed. I thought I was cried out, but i got really choked up again, especially when Chris brought up that little Scarlett may have disabilites when she grows up - I never even thought that far. Thx for Betty putting this video out there.

PS: I saw it on the FB page & reposted it on my status for all my friends to see
